Ron can provide these services, using an Owners Corp management software package he has just (Jan 2025) written:
- Note specifically: I do NOT need access to your OC (Owners Corporation) bank account. I just need a copy of the last 2 or 3 years monthly bank statements
- A web-based interface to all data and reports. See above for the link to the demo
- Automation of almost all management activities
- A unit can have any quarterly levy, independently of any other unit's levy
- Invoices for levies are emailed to owners (and/or agent) in the 1st month of the quarter
- Invoices include notice of any payments in arrears
- Levy changes only take place at the end of the quarter
- Any owner can pay any amount with a single reference number. Payment is allocated to the oldest unpaid levies before assigning any remainder to the latest quarter
- Advice on adopting a specific reference number format for owners to include in their levy payments. This allows easy matching of owners with levies per unit

- Each OC will have its own FAQ page similar to the above
- Note: Where I live the porches are part of the common property. We always need to be clear about issues like that
- Automatic conversion of bank statement PDF files into text files, and hence importation of those text files into the database
- A wide variety of program-generated reports, including a levies-paid report per month based on bank statement PDFs
- An email bulletin service any number of times per year. Bulletins contain news items of interest to owners, and sometimes of interest to tenants
- And no, Ron is not an investment advisor!
