Q: Does your reference number change each year and quarter? A: Yes. Look closely at the sample above!

Q: Can you include more than 1 levy payment using a single reference number? A: Yes.
Hence a single payment could be any multiple of the (current) basic levy, $150.
The software will backdate each $150 to cover any upaid levies.

Q: Can you use lower-case in a reference number? A: Yes, but it is not recommended.

Q: Can you use spaces in a reference number? A: Yes, but it is not recommended.
